About these terms
Fresh Eggs, LLC ("Fresh Eggs," "we," "us") is a human potential design practice based in the Kansas City area. These terms cover our website, free resources, online learning, and the services described on the site. Our [Privacy Policy] explains how we handle your information.

Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our work and contact us. Please do not try to disrupt or hack the site, submit false or harmful content through our forms, or scrape site content for commercial use.
Our services
The site describes our four services: Change, Imagine, Learn, and Retreat. Visiting the site does not create a client relationship. Coaching, Change Metabolism programs, Imagine engagements, and retreats are governed by a separate written agreement or registration terms, which take priority over these terms where they differ.
Online learning
The Hatchery online are hosted on Circle. Membership, course access, pricing, and refunds are covered by the terms shown at sign-up, and Circle's own terms also apply. Course materials are for your personal use and may not be shared or resold.
Community guidelines
By joining our community online, you agree to:
Treat other members with respect, even in disagreement
Keep what other members share in the community confidential
Not harass, discriminate, spam, or promote unrelated products
Not share other members' personal details outside the community
We may remove content or end membership for anyone who does not follow these guidelines.
You own what you post in our community or send to us. By posting, you give Fresh Eggs permission to display it within the community. We will not use it publicly, such as in marketing, without asking you first.
Coaching is not therapy
Coaching and facilitation are not therapy, counseling, or medical care, and they do not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, we offer alternative paths to therapeutic work if desired.
Use of the Enneagram
Enneagram assessments are tools for self-realization and awareness of one's own potential. They do offer not diagnoses or predictors of job performance. Change depends on many factors, including your own participation and context. While we often see beneficial shifts in behaviors around change, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from any program, course, or retreat.
Retreats
Retreats may include physical activity, outdoor time, and emotionally reflective work. You take part at your own discretion and risk, and you agree to the registration terms and any waiver provided before the retreat. Please share any health or accessibility needs in advance so we can host you well.
Website content and free resources
Site content, articles, and free resources are for education and reflection, not professional advice. You may use free resources for your own personal or professional growth, but you may not resell, redistribute, or present them as your own without written permission.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, frameworks, tools, and the Fresh Eggs name and logo, belongs to Fresh Eggs or is used with permission. Change Metabolism™ is a trademark of Fresh Eggs, LLC. You may share links and quote short passages with credit, but you may not reproduce, adapt, or teach our frameworks commercially without written permission.
Client logos belong to their owners and reflect past work, not endorsement.
Stories, scenarios, and other materials created with a client in Imagine engagements belong to that client. Fresh Eggs keeps ownership of the frameworks and methods used to create them. Details are set out in each client agreement.
Third-party links and platforms
The site links to services we do not control, including Circle, Substack, LinkedIn, Zoom, and payment and scheduling tools. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Fresh Eggs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its content. How you apply what you learn here is your own decision.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date will always be posted here, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
Entire agreement and severability
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the full agreement for use of this site. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
