About this policy
Fresh Eggs, LLC ("Fresh Eggs," "we," "us") is a human potential design practice based in Kansas City, Missouri. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit fresheg.gs, contact us, join our online community and courses, attend a retreat, or take part in our coaching and Change Metabolism programs.

Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly and a small amount collected automatically when you use the site.
Contact details: your name, email, organization, and anything you write when you fill out our contact form or email us.
Program and coaching information: your role, team context, and what you share in sessions, workshops, and reflections.
Assessment results: your Enneagram profile and related results when you complete an assessment as part of a program.
Retreat registration: contact details, plus dietary needs or accessibility requests you choose to share so we can host you well.
Payment information: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through basic analytics.
How we use information
We use your information to do the work you asked us to do and to keep in touch if you want us to.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Coaching, programs, and assessments
What you share in coaching and experiential programming stays confidential. We do not share your individual reflections or assessment results with your employer without your permission.
When an organization sponsors a program, here is what it can and cannot see:
A sponsor can see: who is enrolled, session attendance and completion, and themes about the group as a whole. Themes are shared only when at least three people take part, so no one can be identified.
A sponsor cannot see: your session notes, what you say in coaching, notes about your individual assessment results, or your messages with us, unless you choose to share them.
Enneagram assessments are provided through a third-party assessment partner, whose own privacy policy also applies to your results. When an organization sponsors your assessment, that organization and the assessment partner also share responsibility for how your results are stored. Coaching is not therapy, and we offer alternative paths to therapeutic work if desired.
Stories, testimonials, and anonymized data
We sometimes write about our work in case studies, articles, and books. Any client story we share has names and identifying details removed. We only publish testimonials that have written or verbal permission.
We may use anonymized, combined information, such as themes across many programs, to improve our work.
Platforms we use
Some of our services run on trusted third-party platforms. When you use them, their privacy policies also apply. We share only the information each platform needs to provide its service.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses a small number of cookies and basic analytics to keep the site working and to see which pages are useful. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
Sharing, retention, and security
We share personal information only with the platforms listed above, with partners who help deliver a program you are part of (under the same confidentiality), or when the law requires it.
We keep information only as long as we need it for the work, our business records, or legal obligations, then delete it. Coaching notes are kept for ten years after an engagement ends.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no online system is perfectly secure.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you emails. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another region with laws such as the GDPR, you may also have the right to restrict or object to how we use your information, to receive a copy of it, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We will honor those rights.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
